We have api-6d license no 6d-0297 and are authorized to use the api monogram on our oil and gas pipeline valves. Our emflo brand ball valves trunnion mounted have fire test certificates as per api-6fa witnessed by dnv for size ranging 2 inch to 16 inches.

Fac also manufactures quarter turn soft seated ball valves in forged and investment casting. Design standard api-6d, bs 5351. Din. Moc: Astm a105, wcb gr.216, cf8& cf8m sizes ranging from half inches to 8 inches types screwed, socket and flanged.

We also manufacture gate, globe and check valves as per api 602. Sizes half inches to 2 inches moc astm a105, astm a182 gr. F304/f316. Api-600 gate valves and check valves as per api-6d moc cs and ss, sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches class 150 to 1500.

Besides, we specialize in the manufacture of nickel aluminum bronze valves& have been supplying the same to the indian navy for the past 30 yrs. Currently, we are involved in the p-17a warship projects, new delhi.

At the moment we are executing some nickel aluminum bronze ball valves, swing check valves and shutdown ball valves orders for ongc offshore projects.

We have bagged many nickel aluminum bronze valves order from ongc and from das offshore for nc revamp project, hyundai msp modification project& 3 water pipeline injection project(bhel/das offshore).

Fac, has recently acquired an api-6a license no 6a-0581. We have rights to use the official monogram on our wellhead equipment. Our present scope of manufacture covers high-pressure gate valves, forged and cast is 2.1/16 inches,2.9/16 inches and 3.1/8 inches 5000 psi. All types of flange connection, ring joint gaskets and tees and crosses.
We have participated in global orders, floated by ongc for ball/check valves. And were successful in getting orders to the tune 0.5 million us dollars. We have successfully executed the same.

Fac(non-ferrous div) was established in 1972 having a non- ferrous foundry with in house chemical testing laboratory and well-equipped machine shop. From the inception we have been supplying marine valves to indian navy and all the major shipyards in india. Our ball valves, gate valves and nrvs have been supplied to refineries, petrochemicals oil exploration, thermal power plants and steel plants.
